I really need this - I have been working on blockchain projects for mass adoption for a while, and the chain limitations even of really fast chains are significant and blocking user adoption outside the crypto space.
I am somewhat concerned that the main innovation is to centralize the sequencer - I need a lot of proof that that doesn't torpedo one of the core qualities of a blockchain.
As a software engineer, I am absolutely convinced that a real time blockchain is possible and will happen. But we need to be careful not to accidentally reinvent Web2 in our quest for optimization.
